How It Works
Each coaching partnership follows a six-session framework designed to help you ground your vision, build sustainable systems, and grow with clarity and integrity.
- 60 minutes per session
- Biweekly or monthly schedule (monthly available after Session 3)

Coaching Levels
Choose the level of support that matches your season. Whether you’re seeking clarity, structure, or hands-on strategy, each level is designed to support you as you bring your goals to reality.
Level 1:
Coaching Only
$200/session
One-on-one coaching for reflection, goal-setting, and accountability. You’ll leave each session with clarity, focus, and actionable next steps.
Level 2: Coaching + Strategy Support
$250 session
Includes everything in Level 1, plus strategic templates, personalized guidance, and reviews of your materials. (like logos, pricing, or policies).
Level 3: Coaching+Strategy + Implementation
$300 session
For clients ready to take action. Includes everything in levels 1 and 2, plus light editing and writing support, and two hours of support in helping set up backend systems (communications, booking, or SOPs).
Payment Options
Accessible & Equitable Pricing:
We believe access to support should be flexible and equitable. Clients who pay for all six sessions up front receive a 5% discount. Limited sliding-scale and flexible payment options are available to honor each client’s season. Contact us to explore what works best for your situation.

This isn’t just a coaching group — it’s a space to pause, reflect, and rebuild from a place of clarity. Inspired by the Nurtured Seasons Journal, each session explores one of four themes: Renewal, Flourishing, Harvest, and Legacy.
Over four months, we’ll meet once a month in community to reflect, rest, and rebuild your systems with intention. You’ll explore what needs tending in your life — not to add more to your plate, but to make space for what actually nourishes you.
This space is for those who’ve been holding it down for others and are ready to pour back into themselves—without apology. Whether you’re caregiving, leading, creating, or simply navigating change, you belong here.
Each Month, We'll Focus On:
Season 1
A Season of Renewal
Slow down. Breathe. Return to what matters. This session focuses on clearing space and reconnecting with what you need right now.
Season 2
A Season of Flourishing
What are you saying yes to? Where do you need boundaries to grow? Together, we’ll clarify what you’re nurturing—and what needs protection.
Season 3
A Season 0f Harvest
We’ll name what’s working, what’s bearing fruit, and where your systems need to reflect your values—not just your output.
Season 4
A Season of Legacy
You’ll close by anchoring in what you want to carry forward—rituals, rhythms, practices, and truths that sustain you over time.
